PAYMENT
We require payment in full before dispatch or collection of printed fabric. We accept all debit and credit cards (with the exception of American Express and Diners cards). We no longer accept cash or cheques. We can process card payments over the telephone or you may pay upon collection.
Any perceived problems with your prints must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.

FABRIC
We supply a wide range of specially coated fabric for digital printing. As the fabrics are natural fibre based, there may be slight variations in the weave.
After printing, we steam and wash the fabric as part of the process therefore there may be a degree of shrinkage, in some cases up to 10%. Please keep this in mind when considering how much fabric is needed.

AFTERCARE
We wash the printed fabrics on a 40-degree delicate wash using colour catcher sheets. We recommend you do this or dry clean your printed fabric. Do not use a tumble dryer. Ironing is fine.

Please check your fabric as soon as you receive it. You must notify us immediately of any perceived problems with printing. We cannot accept any responsibility once the cloth has been cut, used or processed in any way.

COLOUR
For both our fabric and paper printing we aim to reproduce the files as seen on screen. We do not change your file colours. If an exact match is essential please inform us and supply us with a hard copy or colour samples. Colour matching may take longer and will be priced accordingly.

FINISHING
To keep paper print costs so low we do not provide any trimming or finishing of prints. You are welcome to use our cutting table and guillotine here at Fabpad.
